The short version: You order, we confirm by email, and your card deck ships within 3 business days. Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You have 14 days to return it – no questions asked. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, email us a photo and we’ll sort it out, usually by sending you a new deck. Questions: hello@threebodyproduct.com.

These terms apply to purchases made on threebodyproduct.com. If you’re a consumer in the EU, nothing here limits the rights your local law guarantees you.
Ordering
When you place an order, we’ll send you a confirmation email – that’s when our contract is made. By ordering you confirm you’re legally able to enter into a contract.
In the rare case something goes wrong on our side – the deck is sold out, or there’s an obvious error in the price – we may cancel the order. If that happens, we’ll tell you right away and refund everything you paid, in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in euros (EUR), and the price you see when ordering is the price you pay. We’re a small business not registered for VAT, so prices are final – no VAT is added on top.
You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe – your card details never reach our servers.
Discount codes: one code per order, codes can’t be combined, and each has its own expiry.
Delivery
We currently ship within the European Union. Your order leaves us within 3 business days; delivery then takes roughly 2–7 business days depending on your country. Shipping options and costs – delivery to a pickup point or to your address – are shown at checkout. Our carrier is currently Packeta; in some countries a local partner handles the final delivery.
If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable (wrong address, never picked up), we’ll contact you to figure out the next step.
Returns – 14-day right of withdrawal
Changed your mind? You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the deck, without giving any reason. Then send the deck back to us within 14 days of telling us.
How it works:
- Tell us you’re withdrawing – use our online withdrawal form or email hello@threebodyproduct.com (you can use the model form below, but you don’t have to).
- Send the deck back to: Three Body Product, Rybova 545/2, 251 01 Říčany, Czech Republic. You can ship it yourself with any carrier, or ask us for a prepaid return label – if you use it, we’ll deduct its cost from your refund.

- We’ll refund you within 14 days of the deck arriving back to us – or of you sending us proof of postage, whichever comes first. The refund goes to the same payment method and in the same currency you paid with.
What we refund: the price of the deck plus the cheapest standard delivery option we offered for your country. If you chose a pricier delivery, the difference isn’t refunded. Return shipping is on you (see the label option above). If the deck comes back damaged or used beyond what was needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

Faulty or damaged goods
Every deck ships foil-sealed, straight from the printer. If yours arrives damaged or something’s wrong with it, you’re covered by the 2-year legal guarantee.
Just email hello@threebodyproduct.com with a short description and a photo – if the parcel itself arrived damaged, a photo of the packaging helps too. In most cases we’ll simply send you a new deck without you having to ship anything back. Legally we have 30 days to resolve a complaint; in practice it’s usually a few days.
Business customers
Everything here applies to business purchases too, except the consumer-only rights (the 14-day right of withdrawal and related refund rules apply to consumers). For bulk orders – including decks with your company’s logo – email hello@threebodyproduct.com for a custom offer.
If we can’t agree
We’ll always try to sort things out by email first. If you’re a consumer and we can’t reach an agreement, you can turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, adr.coi.cz) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
The legal frame
These terms are governed by Czech law. If you’re a consumer, you always keep the mandatory protections of the country you live in. If we update these terms, the version valid when you placed your order applies to that order.
