Withdrawal & Returns

The short version: Changed your mind? You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the deck, without giving any reason. Tell us, send the deck back, and we’ll refund you. If something arrived damaged or faulty, that’s a complaint instead – see our Complaints Procedure.
Your right to withdraw
If you’re a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the deck, without giving any reason. It’s enough to tell us before the 14 days run out. Then send the deck back to us within 14 days of telling us.
How to withdraw
- Tell us you’re withdrawing – use our online withdrawal form or email hello@threebodyproduct.com (you can use the model form below, but you don’t have to).
- Send the deck back to: Three Body Product, Rybova 545/2, 251 01 Říčany, Czech Republic. You can ship it yourself with any carrier, or ask us for a prepaid return label – if you use it, we’ll deduct its cost from your refund.

- We’ll refund you within 14 days of the deck arriving back to us – or of you sending us proof of postage, whichever comes first. The refund goes to the same payment method and in the same currency you paid with.
What we refund
The price of the deck plus the cheapest standard delivery option we offered for your country. If you chose a pricier delivery, the difference isn’t refunded. Return shipping is on you (see the label option above). If the deck comes back damaged or used beyond what was needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

Business customers
